Neil Grinnall, 56, was fined for verbally abusing Ryanair staff, Catia Figueira and Michelle Gillingham, before a flight to Malaga from Bournemouth in May 2018. Grinall was told that his hand luggage was overweight, and so he lashed out at staff members calling them ”f*****g fat b*****s’. He was fined £2,500, ordered to pay £200 compensation each to both victims, £310 in court costs and a £170 victim surcharge.
