William Graham, a Cleveland firefighter, was arrested three times in the space of 24 hours at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Graham was first arrested for being disruptive outside the gate of a JetBlue flight. The next day when he boarded his rebooked flight, he failed to follow safety instructions and was removed from the aircraft. Shortly after this arrest he returned the airport and was arrested again for disorderly conduct. He was fined $100 (c. £75) and placed on restricted duty.
