It was reported that, on 10 May, Sahar Issawi and her husband, Firas Asali, were asked for their marriage licence and strip searched by Israeli agents at Heraklion prior to boarding an Israir flight home to Israel. They claimed were also made to hand over their mobile phones and later found that footage they had recorded of the security searches had been erased.
