Richard Donny Parham Jr., 37, was arrested for theft at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, having been released from prison the day before. Parham Jr. attempted to steal an Uber driver’s car in the parking lot of the south terminal. When he was confronted by police, he stole a woman’s purse and ran off. Police searched and found him hiding in a pick-up truck.
