Jhovany Arias-Herrera, 27, attacked Homeland Security Investigation, Enforcement and Removal Operations officers during his deportation on a Delta Airlines flight from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport to Lima. Before take-off, Herrera screamed that he needed to use the toilet. After he used the bathroom, he hit the aircraft’s wall, scaring fellow passengers. Officers decided to remove him from the aircraft, which he resisted by attacking them and ripping off his sweater.
