Joel Michael Bane, 39, pleaded guilty to interfering with crew during a Southwest Airlines flight from Chicago to New Orleans last October. Bane, who had been drinking during the flight, issued threats to crewmembers after being told the bar was closed. Bane claims the situation was a misunderstanding that was compounded by his PTSD from serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.
