The head of security at Geneva Airport and the director of a Geneva-based security company were arrested for corruption. It is believed that the head of security of Geneva Airport was a former employee of Securitas. Reports allege that Securitas and its subsidiary firm won two contracts with Geneva Airport, despite the contract costing more than other competitors. The contract was worth CHF80 million (c. £62.8 million).
