Ian Patches Liburd, Federal Minister of Public Infrastructure, Post, Urban Development, Transport and Energy for Saint Kitts and Nevis, reportedly refused security screening at the departure area of Robert L Bradshaw International Airport because he was visiting a business associate there. This was the sixth security breach by Liburd. A previous security breach in April resulted in ICAO downgrading the airport.
