Lesley McGuire, 51, was found guilty of racially aggravated abuse and given a 12-month community order, 120 hours of community service and ordered to pay £1000 in victim compensation, £850 in court costs and an £85 surcharge in connection with an incident that took place on a Thomson flight from Jamaica to Gatwick in January. McGuire called another passenger a “big, black sasquatch” and “a drug dealer” and kicked and hit his seat.
