Franco Sepulveda Robles, 29, made threatening phone calls causing several LATAM flights to Chile, Peru and Argentina, all originating in Santiago, to be diverted. Robles was arrested after police linked his mobile phone to the calls. He made the threats because he was angry with the airline for losing his luggage.
