Ulises Tejeda-Ayala, 24, was arrested at Portland International Airport after he crashed his car through a gate and entered the runway. Tejeda-Ayala was travelling with three family members and told police that he was being chased by trucks on the highway and had driven to the airport to escape them. After he was questioned by the police, Tejeda-Ayala then attempted to escape the police with one of his children in his vehicle by driving under an aircraft that was taxiing. He stopped at another gate and was arrested.
