An unruly passenger spat at a flight attendant before a TAROM flight from Bucharest to Cairo after she was told to move to another seat from the unassigned one she had taken in emergency exit row. The crew wanted to move her for safety reasons because she did not understand English or Romanian. The passenger’s husband objected to the treatment of his wife, and both passengers were forcibly removed from the flight. Paramedics were called for the female disruptive passenger who suffered a diabetic seizure and another passenger who felt unwell.
