Joseph Lippo, a 60-year-old DeLand airport business owner, was charged for allegedly siphoning fuel and stealing aircraft parts worth $55,000 (c.£42,930) from a plane that didn’t belong to him. Lippo had also removed parts from other planes and charged customers for services and repairs to aircraft that were never completed.
