Courts decided that Michael Hildebrand, 50, who convicted of assaulting a woman on a flight from Newark Liberty International Airport last year, would not serve any time in prison but must serve one year on probation. Hildebrand grabbed the groin area of another passenger without her permission while on a United Airlines flight to Buffalo on 20 December 2017.
