Two flight attendants were fired by Cathay Pacific Group after an oxygen bottle was found to have been depressurised on a Cathay Dragon flight from Kuala Lumpur to Hong Kong. The cannister was discovered during a mid-flight safety check, making it the seventh tampered bottle found over a period of a few weeks.
