Juan Idrovo, a taxi driver who was picking up a woman from a hotel at JFK, refused to drive her to her destination because she did not have a face mask. She responded by swearing and throwing her drink over the backseat of the car. As Idrovo was cleaning up the mess, the woman returned, insulted him, spat in his face and an altercation ensued. Both Idrovo and the passenger were arrested.
