Kelly Meadowcroft, 38, and Kodie Richardson, 20, mother and daughter, were jailed for their unruly and drunken behaviour on a Thomas Cook flight to Turkey from Manchester in September 2018. They were removed from the flight before take-off by police. Richardson verbally abused and threatened a police officer, saying she was going to rape the officer’s daughter. Meadowcroft and Richardson were sentenced to 2 months and 10 months in jail respectively.
