Joanna Chiu, a Canadian journalist, tweeted about an incident she witnessed on a flight from Toronto to Vancouver. Chiu claims that a man seated in front of her was harassing a teenage girl who was seated away from her family. Chiu was observing the man when he asked the teenager for an inappropriate picture, after which Chiu and another female passenger intervened by speaking to the man, informing cabin crew and comforting the teenager. The man was moved to another seat. Chiu received a thank you note from the cabin crew.
