Reports emerged that a Southwest Airlines flight attendant, Renee Steinaker, filed a lawsuit against Southwest Airlines and two pilots, Terry Graham and Ryan Russell, after she caught them watching a livestream of the airplane’s toilet on an iPad during a February 2017 flight from Pittsburgh to Phoenix. Steinaker was called to the cockpit whilst Graham went to the bathroom when she saw the iPad on a windshield; Russell allegedly told her that it was a new security procedure for the airline.
