Reginald Hatcher, 61, was arrested for the alleged assault of fellow passenger, Shauna Smith, on a Republic Airlines flight to Indianapolis from Miami. Hatcher kissed the female passenger twice and spat on her chest. Smith felt trapped because Hatcher had his belongings out on the tray table. Eventually, she was able to get a flight attendants attention and was moved to another seat.
