Gavin Capps, 51, was sentenced for sexually assaulting a crew member on an easyJet flight from Manchester to Reykjavik in October last year. Capps was drunk and disruptive during the flight and hid a 400-cigarette carton under his seat. When the steward reprimanded Capps for his behaviour, Capps pinched his buttocks. The steward reported his behaviour but Capps denied the incident and called the steward a “gay boy”. Capps was jailed for six months.
