A folded knife was allowed through an All Nippon Airways screening checkpoint at Osaka International Airport because the screener and their colleague (who reversed the decision) were not able to locate the passenger who owned the knife. All passengers of ten ANA flights had to be rescreened which caused flights to be cancelled and delayed.
