Reports emerged that Maureen Ines, 56, overheard fellow Scottish passengers making racist and abusive comments about Turkish security staff before boarding their Jet2 flight to Glasgow from Dalaman Airport. One couple in their 60s called the staff child molesters and another couple in their 30s stated the staff were ‘black b*****ds.’ Ines claimed that there were extra security checks before the flight, but the staff were polite and friendly.
