Rachel Dickhute, 33, alleged that easyJet staff did nothing stop a group of drunk French rugby players from sexually and verbally harassing passengers and smoking e-cigarettes on a flight from Bordeaux to Lisbon. Dickhute claimed that she expressed concern to staff before boarding due to their unruly behaviour at the gate. The men lay in the aisles to obstruct passengers and, allegedly, threw a shoe in Dickhute’s direction during the flight.
