Three passengers were removed from a Turkish Airlines flight from Istanbul to Yekaterinburg after they engaged in a physical altercation before take-off. A female passenger slapped a male passenger behind her. The man slapped her back and another male passenger got involved and hit the other male passenger for hitting a woman.
