Shaginiani Rafieli, 27, a Georgian national, was arrested after he attempted to enter a restricted area at Malta International Airport. Rafieli claimed he was following a woman he was flirting with when he passed through a security gate. CCTV showed the man entering the departure lounge and attempting to go upstairs. The man was found guilty of trespassing and was given a two-year prison sentence, suspended for four years.
