Jessica Van Meir, 24, was sexually harassed via the in-flight messaging system on board a Virgin Atlantic flight from London to Washington DC. She was sent lewd messages by several men. She reported the messages to a flight attendant who identified the men by their seat numbers displayed on the chat. The men who harassed Van Meir were allegedly part of an intoxicated rugby group. Their coach later apologised to Van Meir for the group’s behaviour.
