A 32-year-old woman attempted to commit suicide by taking sleeping pills at Ahmedabad Airport. She was found in the arrivals hall in a semi-conscious state having travelled on a Jet Airways flight from Dhaka via Delhi. A suicide note found on the woman blamed her actions on a man she had been living with and who she claimed had raped her. The passenger received swift medical attention before being questioned by police.
