Shevtsov Maxim, 26, was sentenced to four months for the drunken assault of four police officers at Changi Airport on 21 March. Maxim, who was travelling from Bali to Kazakhstan, had been upset that his flight was rerouted due to COVID-19, which meant that he was separated from his fiancé and had to transit through Singapore. He caused a commotion at the airport and punched and spat at officers.
