National Rugby League player, Peni Terepo, 27, got into an argument with a flight attendant on an Air New Zealand flight from Nuku’alofa, Tonga to Auckland. Terepo had brought his own alcohol on board, despite having been told not to, and consumed it. He became increasingly intoxicated and flirted inappropriately with a flight attendant during the flight. He was later fined $25,000 (c. £13,440).
