Passengers complained and criticised Iberia Express during and after a flight from Madrid to Gando, Gran Canaria, as there were no social distancing measures in place on the flight. Iberia Express claimed that they had enforced daily cleaning of their cabins, and their aircraft had a “99.9% effective HEPA filter and air system against viruses and bacteria”.
