An 18-year-old youth from Uttar Pradesh was arrested for making calls threatening to blow up Miami airport in the US. He allegedly made the calls to gain the attention of the FBI who could help him in avenging a fraudster who had duped him of Rs 70,000 (c.£770) by luring him into investing in bitcoins.

Rami Yogev, manager of the development and resources department at El Al, was arrested on suspicion of smuggling cocaine on board El Al flights into Israel. Yogev, who had a high security clearance, had worked with Shin Bet and other law enforcement agencies in the past. Three other suspects were also arrested.
