ICTS’ cloud-based SmartApp is now available at Larnaca International Airport in Cyprus and at the Sichuan Airlines check-in area at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport in China. The Cypriot airport now has six mobile check-in units. ICTS’ SmartApp completes a full check-in within 20 seconds using a 3-step check-in process that is applicable to more than 85% of passengers. Additionally, the service combines check-in capabilities with ICTS’ TravelDoc (fully automated document checks) embedded within the system. This aims to improve passenger processes, enhance customer services and contribute to savings in operational costs and queuing times at the airport, thus increasing the airport’s capacity.
