ECAC has approved Rapiscan System’s 620DV under its Common Evaluation Process (CEP) of security equipment, for Explosive Detection Systems for Cabin Baggage (EDSCB) at Standard C1. The 620DV, which already gained ECAC approval for Liquid Explosives Detection Type C, is a dual-view, high-throughput carry-on baggage screening technology, which provides detection of concealed explosive threats.
