An Air Busan flight attendant took a photo of the backs of passengers’ heads during a flight from Busan and Jeju Island and posted it on Instagram along with a comment – “All same permed hair (feat. Omegi rice-cake 400 boxes)” – mocking the passengers’ haircuts. Colleagues responded with other derogatory comments, such as “looks like a broccoli farm”. Soon after the incident, Air Busan posted an apology from the member of cabin crew concerned and promised employees would undergo further training.
