Phattra Boonchaliew, 69, reportedly rammed a 27-year-old Chiang Mai Airport security guard with her pick-up truck and dragged him for 50 yards after he told her she needed to pay a parking fine. The guard, Watchara Chaiwong, was rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
