Sergio Dagooc, a Filipino congressman, was questioned at Manila Airport after he joked about a bomb in his luggage at the Philippine Airlines check-in counter before his flight to Cagayan de Oro City. He was released due to a rule that allows immunity to a member of congress who commits a crime that is not punishable by more than six years in jail.
